I will be take criticism for this, it is ok! For me putting three slices of bread in a sandwich got lost, it looked sexy, but never ate well. When we were making our discoveries and rebuilding the structures and ideas at the Mount Nelson years ago, this sandwich was one of the first changes we made. So we introduced the same sandwich at the lobby at the Four Seasons Westcliff. Essentially we took four slices of two day old bread and build two different sandwiches. One that bacon and egg and one with chicken and avocado. Both had cheese, tomato and lettuce with mayo. Toasted and sliced.
